Speak Out Reach Out Help Out

 

An 80-minute presentation designed for grades 5 to 12 that encourages students to Speak Out if they’re in emotional distress or worried about someone else, Reach Out for help and support, and Help Out so that others do the same.

This upbeat and life affirming presentation includes an inspirational live hip-hop performance and messaging that encourages students to make healthy choices, talk about the things they worry about, and reach out for help.
